Trip Advisor recently announced the results of its annual travel trends survey of more than 8,000 worldwide travelers and over 450 British travelers. Apparently the economic woes sweeping Europe don’t seem to be impacting travel attitudes…yet. Fifty-six percent of Brits are planning to spend more on leisure travel in the next 12 months than they did in the past 12 months. One-third of travelers will take three or more holidays in the upcoming year. Americans take the prize for both the most friendly travelers and the most annoying travelers. The survey also claims travelers are becoming more cultured (hey…Joobili can help). These are just a few of the interesting findings of the TripAdvisor survey. Check it out for yourself.
